Annual health checkups and thorough health management for all staff members.

Aiming for a gender-equal society, 50:50 ratio of male and female board members.

|AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY

All lighting in the company was converted to LED to reduce power consumption. No multifunctional copier was installed for internal documents, and a paperless system was thoroughly implemented.

|DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

We provide paid vacations as stipulated, and our staff supports each other well, creating a more comfortable working environment.
